Delivery & Shipping
DPD Tracked Delivery (1 - 3 Business Days) – £5.94 incl. VAT
- Available for orders fulfilled from our Cardiff warehouse.
- FREE for all orders over £50 excl. VAT.
DHL Tracked Delivery (7 - 10 Business Days) – £5.94 incl. VAT
- Applies to orders fulfilled from our European warehouse due to stock availability.
- This will be indicated at checkout when selecting your delivery option.
Split Shipment – £11.88 incl. VAT
- If your order includes items from both our Cardiff and European warehouses, a combined shipping rate of £11.88 incl. VAT will apply.
- This ensures all items are delivered as quickly as possible via the most suitable service.
Order Processing
- Orders received by 14:00 GMT (Monday - Friday) are processed the same working day.
- Orders placed after 14:00 GMT will be dispatched the following working day.
- This excludes public holidays and weekends.
Alternative Shipping Location Policy
- In certain circumstances, if stock is unavailable in our UK warehouse, we may fulfil your order from our European warehouse in Spain.
- This is determined at the time of order processing and may not always be reflected at checkout.
- Where possible, we will notify you before dispatch, but this may not always be feasible.
- This does not affect delivery costs; however, delivery timescales will change in accordance with the listed delivery times above.
